ISSF Shotgun World Cup: Indian men’s skeet team wins bronze medal


  • The Indian trio of Angad Vir Singh Bajwa, Mairaj Ahmed Khan, and Gurjoat Khangura, after 7 rounds of qualifications, won the bronze medal after defeating the Kazakhstan team by 6-2 in the men’s skeet team event at the International Shooting Sport Federation Tournament- ISSF Shotgun World Cup in Cairo, Egypt.


IAF to participate in Sri Lanka Air Force's 70th Anniversary Celebrations






  • The IAF's aerobatic display teams, the rotary wing ‘Sarang’, fixed-wing 'Suryakirans’ and Light Combat Aircraft Tejas arrived at Sri Lanka's capital city, Colombo on February 27, 2021. 
  • The two forces will script another significant chapter in the traditionally strong IAF-SLAF ties when the IAF aircraft take to the skies of Colombo to mark the event.

A book titled “Advantage India: The Story of Indian Tennis” by Anindya Dutta




  • Anindya Dutta, a banker turned author, penned a new book titled “Advantage India: The Story of Indian Tennis”, a chronicle of Indian Tennis.  The book is published by Westland publications.
  • The book provides an extensive history of Indian tennis on both men’s and women’s side. The book is the result of the detailed research of Anindya Dutta on the data from the archives of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and British newspapers from the past 200 years.
