On November 3, Micromax will launch its In-Series in India. Now, Micromax has begun teasing the forthcoming launch on social media platforms a week ahead of the launch.
We expect at least two smartphones to appear in the line-up. The Micromax In 1a, based on a Geekbench page, will be called one of the phones, while the other phone may simply be called In 1. Recently-leaked Micromax The phone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC in 1a specifications indicated, while the other phone will feature the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC.
The company has now reported with a new teaser the processor information of its upcoming smartphones.
On Twitter, Micromax posted a teaser confirming the chipsets for its forthcoming phones. The short video shows the Helio G85 and G35 chipsets from MediaTek in a loop. Xiaomi and Realme smartphones such as Realme Narzo 20, Redmi 9 and Poco C3 are available with MediaTek's G85 and G35 chipsets.
The teaser is consistent with a recent article by The Mobile Indian that said that the Helio G35 chipset will run one of the Micromax on phones.
According to this article , two versions of 2GB+32 GB and 3GB+32 GB will be available for Micromax on smartphones. A 5,000mAh battery will be packed on one of the smartphones and stock Android will work. A 6.5-inch HD+ screen is also said to be included.
A dual-camera configuration with a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensor will be featured on the 2GB+32 GB Micromax smartphone. This phone houses an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. There will be triple rear cameras with 13-megapixel, 5-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors, and a 13-megapixel selfie camera in the 3GB+32 GB model.
The company is targeting Chinese OEMs and tries to launch the In series with the picture of the phones being manufactured in India, although this has yet to be verified by the company.
